GEL 1490 - Physical Geology, Honors.

(3-2-4) On Demand. An introduction to the basic geologic concepts and physical and chemical processes that are responsible for creating and shaping the earth’s crust and interior. Topics include: minerals, rocks, volcanoes, streams, wind erosion, glaciers, groundwater, topographic and geologic map interpretation. Research paper and field work required. P1 907L
