CMN 3982 - Social and Digital Media Analytics.


(2-1-3) On Demand. The Social and Digital Media Analytics course is designed to provide learners with hands-on experience on how to convert this data to communication insights. Students will learn to monitor and listen to digital and social media publics, evaluate a company’s brand perception, track market trends, conduct industry research, and report on the results. The course will also provide students an understanding of the relationship between theory, data collection, analysis, ethics, and communication of results in the digital environment.
