PED 1150 - Lifetime Fitness

(2-0-2) On Demand. Lifetime Fitness will cover principles related to physical activity. Students will be expected to complete a variety of physical activity self assessments. Credit will not be given for both PED 1150 and PED 2850. The course is not open to Physical Education majors or minors.
