KSR 4450 - Exercise Prescription for Apparently Healthy and Special Populations.

(3-2-4) F, S. This course is designed to educate students on the application of exercise science principles to the design and implementation of exercise programs for apparently healthy and special populations. Students will also work in the Assessment, Testing, and Prescription Lab performing physical fitness assessments on clients. 

Prerequisites & Notes:
A grade of “C” or better in KSR 4440. This course is restricted to Exercise Science majors.
