PUBH 4783 - Health Politics and Policy

(3-0-3) This course examines and applies methods and theories used by Political Science and Public Health Professionals to study health care politics and public health policy in the United States. The course offers opportunities to explore the history of healthcare policy in the U.S., and debate current health policy issues regarding access to care, the right to safe and healthy environments, and health disparities.
