ACC 4760 - Advanced Accounting Information Systems.

(3-0-3) On Demand. This course is a continuation of ACC 3900, Accounting Information Systems. It will provide a study of computerized accounting information systems with emphasis on reporting objectives, management needs, transaction trails, documentation, security, internal controls, and System and Organizational Control (SOC) reporting. Students will learn to recognize and manage technology-based risks to data and will study current events, and relevant trends in accounting technology. 

Prerequisites & Notes:
ACC 3900 with a grade of “C” or better.
