HSL 5235 - International Special Topics in Human Services Program Administration

(1-0-1) Focused study of international topics in foods/nutrition, family studies, consumer affairs, housing and/or other areas related to family and consumer sciences with variable course content. Intended to provide international focus and in-depth study of current topics not covered in other courses. May be repeated with different topics for a total of 3 hours.
