NTR 5230A - Special Topics in Nutrition and Dietetics

(Arr.-Arr. 1-3) Study of special topics in nutrition and dietetics with variable course content. Intensive study of topics through scholarly readings, and group discussions. Courses 5230B, D, E, F, H, I and J are also approved.
