NTR 4757 - Food Product Development


(2-1-3) Application of statistical and research methodologies to food science principles for the development of an altered food product.

Prerequisites & Notes
NTR 3120, CHM 2430, MAT 2250G

This course is restricted to students majoring in the BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and MS in Nutrition and Dietetics.
