FCS 4749 - Nutrition Therapy.

(4-0-4) On Demand. Application of the science of nutrition to the maintenance of optimum health and the role of nutrition in the prevention and treatment of disease. 

Prerequisites & Notes:
FCS 3755 or permission of the instructor. Restricted to BS in FCS: Dietetics Option. Note: The prerequisites for this course will change, effective Spring 2019.
