FCS 1121 - Food Service Sanitation.

(1-0-1) On Demand. (Credit/No Credit) Food production and food service sanitation and safety standards and regulations for food service operations including food storage, food handling practices and food borne illnesses. Online sections of this course are restricted to students admitted to the Bachelor of Arts in General Studies: Option in Child Care Education (ABC Program).
