KSS 3720 - Exercise Psychology.

(2-0-2)  On Demand.  A Study of the psychological factors related to participation in physical activity. Students will study the psychological predictors of exercise initiation and adherence as well as the consequences of physical activity participation on mental well-being.

Prerequisites & Notes:
A grade of C or better in KSS 2850.  Preference given to Kinesiology & Sports Studies Majors.
