BUS 3950 - Operations Management.

(3-0-3) F, S. Management of manufacturing and service organizations. Topics include decision making, fore-casting, product and service design, location planning, process selection and capacity planning, layout, inventory management (IM), Just-in-time systems (JIT), material requirements planning (MRP), scheduling, project management and quality. Includes application of computer software solution techniques.

Prerequisites & Notes:
BUS 2810 and BUS 3010 and admission to the School of Business or permission of the Associate Chair.
