MUS 3622R - Advanced Jazz Combo.

(Arr.-Arr.-1). Advanced music performance in which the student performs in small jazz ensembles to develop necessary playing and improvisational skills. Emphasis will be placed on performing, studying and analyzing standard jazz repertoire. May be repeated.

Prerequisites & Notes:
Two semesters of jazz improvisation. Open to all students in the Jazz Studies Option and students who demonstrate competence in jazz performance.
